Upper Body:
- 10 Pull Ups
-- 2 palms facing forward. One wide, one narrow.
-- 2 palms facing backward. One wide, one narrow.
-- 1 palms facing inward.
-- 1 palms facing outward. (very tough)
-- 2 commando pull ups, one each side.
-- 2 one-armed dead hangs. (5 seconds)
Core:

- Sprint for 1 minute at 15 mph (400 meters in about 60 secs)
Upper Body:
- One-armed pull up with an 80 lb vest - 1 rep
- Upside-down push ups with an 80 lb vest - 1 rep
